# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in one skillet, so cleanup takes less time than the actual cooking.
  • The salty feta and briny olives make each bite feel indulgent even though its completely keto friendly.
  • You can have dinner on the table in thirty minutes without touching a single complicated technique.
  • Leftovers taste even better the next day when the flavors have had time to meld together.
02 -
  • Dont skip the lemon juice at the end, it transforms the dish from heavy to vibrant in one squeeze.
  • If your ground chicken releases a lot of liquid, let it cook uncovered for an extra minute so the excess moisture evaporates and the flavors concentrate.
  • Add the feta after removing from heat so it softens but doesnt completely melt into oblivion.
03 -
  • Use a wide skillet instead of a deep one so the chicken browns instead of steaming in its own juices.
  • Taste the olives before adding salt, some brands are saltier than others and you might not need any extra seasoning.
  • Toast pine nuts or slivered almonds in a dry pan for two minutes and sprinkle them on top for a restaurant quality finish.
