# How To Make:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
04 - Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes to thaw and slightly soften.
05 - Mix in condensed cream of mushroom soup and whole milk. Stir thoroughly and heat through, then season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
06 - Remove the skillet from heat and fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - Evenly spread the beef and vegetable mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
08 - Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10 - Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots, and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the tater tots are golden.
